Garret^5 Van Wicklen (Jacob^4, Garret^3, Gerrit^2, Jentie^1 Jeppes) was b. 3 December 1771, and bap. 8 December 1771, Wolver Hollow RDC, NY and d. before 19 October 1811 (date of burial). He m. Jannetye Simonson (b. 1777 and bap. 26 Oct 1777), d/o Charles and Femmetje (Woertman) Simonson 16 July 1794. They had four children.

Children: Jacob^6 Van Wicklen was b. 1794 and bap. 7 December 1794, W.H. RDC, L.I., NY, and m. Hannah Craft (d/o of Henry Craft). Femitie^6 Van Wicklen was b. 1798 and bap. 25 October 1798, W.H. RDC, LI, NY. She did not marry and died 24 September 1873 and was bur. Brookville Cemetery, Maria's lot; Maria^6 Van Wicklen, b. 12 October 1803, bap. 6 November 1803, W.H. RDC, L.I., NY. She m. Garret Bennet (b. 30 April 1798 and d. 14 December 1881) 16 December 1826. She died 1 November 1865. Jane^6 Van Wicklen was b. 22 January 1805 and bap. 24 March 1805, W.H. RDC, L.I., NY. She m. Stephen Remsen, 14 February 1824. She died 2 July 1878.
